PTSD Diagnosis
Select NO or YES as appropriate to indicate your final PTSD diagnosis. The DSM-5 PTSD diagnostic rule requires the presence of:
- Experiencing, witnessing, learning about, or being exposed to a Criterion A event
- At least one Criterion B symptom.
- At least one Criterion C symptom
- At least two Criterion D symptoms
- At least two Criterion E symptoms
- Criterion F is met (disturbance has lasted one month)
- At least one Criterion G symptom (distress or impairment)
