In these videos, you will watch clinicians interviewing clients with particularly challenging issues for administration, along with expert commentary on why the clinician chose to handle the interview in the way he or she did.

The challenging issues presented in this lesson include:

• Difficulty administering the LEC-5 and selecting the worst event
• Interviewee reluctant to answer questions during the CAPS-5 administration
• Interviewee's answers ramble and digress from topic
• Interviewee provides discrepant information throughout the assessment
• Interviewee's behavior is discrepant to reported symptoms
